The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, close to the railway track and everything. the rooms are clean and cozy, with helpful and attentive staff. the complimentary breakfast is good and the restaurant serves tasty meals. They provide free pick-up and drop-off service to the airport during specific hours. the hotel offers locker facilities for added convenience.
Some guests experienced issues with the AC not working properly.

The Westend exceeded my expectations in many ways. the hotel's location is in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything and even a railway track nearby. Secondly, the staff provided impeccable service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The hotel offered clean and cozy rooms, as well as a helpful staff. the corporate discount and airport pick-up/drop-off were great value adds. The location was also very convenient, surrounded by key shopping and dining areas.
The menu options were limited and serving sizes were too large for a solo traveler. the surrounding area could be noisy due to vehicular traffic.

We spent Easter weekend in a small hotel near the main shopping district. the location was perfect, with easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants. the rooms were well furnished and kept clean throughout our stay. We liked the complimentary breakfast and enjoyed tasting the local cuisine. It was good to have free Wi-Fi access in the hotel, which came in handy for checking maps and directions.
The air conditioning in the room was not adjustable, which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night.
